Looking back at 2011, June was an interesting month for me. One evening just before Wimbledon started, one of my favourite Nike Athletes John McEnroe dropped by the Nike Ultralounge in Selfridges for a chat with a very intimate crowd, hosted by presenter George Lamb.
Since not everyone got to go to this event, Nike & Selfridges have kindly produced this video for us all to enjoy!!

It has been good while since my last visit to the gym, also due to nature of my job, I didn’t get to do a new start on 1st of Jan 2012. With it being close to Chinese New Year and all, I decided today is going to be the day I start my new health routine for good.

Have you ever wanted a pair of sneakers so sooooooo bad that you can’t stop thinking about it??? I know I have!!
A graphic designer from Texas named is Jennifer Martinez lately has decided she wants to have a pair of Liberty Blazers (so does all the customers that been calling in like crazy into Liberty asking about them, which including myself!!), she wants them so bad that she started to use the Liberty Prints as her inspiration for a whole bunch of artwork. I find them really interesting and since she is a graphic designer I am sure that will also help to build her portfolio.

Her obsession to these Blazers has reminded me when I first started to collect sneakers, the hunt that you have to do without internet, all the traveling, shopping around, talking to the right people about getting the knowledge and the excitement on waiting for what this summer’s BIG release is going to be. This kind of passion for & about sneakers are now missing between the internet, the new generations of sneaker collectors and collecting sneakers in general.
I hope she gets what she wants in the end!!
